特征

HIWIN各式动力刀座具高刚性，精度佳，可广泛应用于各式刀塔。动力刀座主要分VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure)及BMT (Base Mount Tool)两大系列。VDI系列主要用排齿(类似齿条)与契型迫紧块之齿面契合，而能快速安装，并让其承靠面紧贴刀塔，安装简单快速；BMT系列则是靠4支安装螺栓将其本体锁至刀塔，安装较稳固。
