| 2. HIWIN linear guide product counterfeiting issues and product authenticity identification: | |
| ● | If counterfeit products are used, the situation of poor precision and failure of machinery and equipment will increase, and in serious cases, it may cause safety problems. Counterfeit products often imitate the unique red (referring to the oil scraper) and green (referring to the end cover) color matching of HIWIN linear guide slider products. In addition, most of the counterfeit sliders will not have the HIWIN trademark, so if there are poor quality or incorrect channels to buy products, it is likely to be counterfeit products. | ● | If you have confirmed that you have obtained counterfeit products, please contact the HIWIN Counterfeit Detection Team (detection team mailbox: right@hiwin.tw) and provide the source information of the counterfeit products (seller name, phone number, address and invoice). If it is confirmed that the HIWIN trademark and other intellectual property rights have been infringed, relevant legal actions will be taken in accordance with the law. In addition, we will keep the personal/corporate information of the person who provided the counterfeit information confidential and will never disclose it to any third party. |
