11月18日，海峡两岸关系协会会长陈德铭一行走访了电博会参展厂商上银科技股份有限公司和苏州绿的谐波传动科技有限公司。

在上银科技股份有限公司，陈德铭实地参观了上银科技的产品展示中心，每到一处都认真听取负责人的介绍，详细了解企业产品研发情况，并询问产品在自动化与智能制造上的实际应用。海协会副秘书长邓子超、商务部副司长武川、苏州市人民政府台湾办公室主任杨军等陪同走访。

在听取上银科技负责人的详细介绍后，陈德铭对上银科技的产品成果表示肯定，同时期许上银科技深耕苏州，继续加大科技研发投入，为推动大陆“工业4.0”智能制造作出更大贡献。
