The only tool-industry education park in the country was in the morning at the National Service Center. Cai Huiqing, the general manager of Shangyin Technology, pointed out that we often built a building because of a dream, but the most difficult part is the software. The biggest challenge for students to learn here is the teacher, and the other is the support of the parents.
She explained that many parents still have the values that children must have knowledge and degree to be proud of, but like Germany, they are proud to be an engineer. Parents should not worry about children entering the factory because now the factory has air-conditioning and technology. Machinery, young people are investing in the creation of precision machinery and high technology, precision machinery is no longer a black hand industry, but also the most important industry to create a comfortable life for human beings.
Cai Huiqing bluntly said that although everyone is talking about developing Industry 4.0, the only companies that can be done in China at present are only TSMC. Although the Bank has not yet fully realized this direction, the future is very much expected to be depicted in the machine tool. The production line of Industry 4.0 is built in the building, which can be truly implemented and function as a leading industry.
