The end cap ball screw is a combination of a screw, a nut, a steel ball and an end cap. An axial through hole is processed on the nut as a steel ball returning, and the spiral groove of the lead screw enters the end cover and then passes through the through hole and returns to the spiral groove to perform an infinite cyclic motion. This design allows the steel ball to pass through the front and rear ends of the nut. Since all the spiral grooves are covered with effective balls, the nut length is shorter than the conventional design under the same dynamic load.
Suitable for high lead, can be applied to multi-tooth design, limited to single nut.
